2. Service description
Aibe Technologies provides a platform to fetch, display, and analyze Google Business Profile reviews using AI, generating insights and reply drafts.
3. Access and authorization
To use the service, you must sign in with a Google account and grant permissions via Google OAuth.
You represent that you have the right to access and manage the selected profiles/locations (e.g., you are an owner or authorized manager).
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
You must not use the service for spam, illegal content, impersonation, or activities that violate third-party rights or Google policies.
5. AI limitations
AI outputs (analytics or drafts) are informational and may contain errors.
You are responsible for reviewing decisions and content before applying or publishing it.
6. Review replies
Currently, the service does not publish replies automatically without user action.
If you publish AI-generated replies, you are responsible for the final content posted.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) for technical, security, or improvement reasons.
You may request account cancellation and data deletion by emailing info@aibetech.es.
You may also revoke access from your Google Account at any time.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, violations of these terms, or security risks.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and code are owned by the service owner unless stated otherwise.
Reviews and original content belong to their respective authors/owners under applicable policies.
10. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages arising from use of the service.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or the complete absence of errors.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, disputes will be handled by competent courts in Spain.
We will publish the current version of these terms on the website indicating the last update date.
