1. Data Controller

Trade name / Brand: Aibe Technologies (aibetech.es).

2. Data we process

Account data: email address obtained via Google OAuth (userinfo.email) and a session identifier (OpenID).

Google Business Profile data: business accounts and locations, and related reviews (review text, rating, public author name if available, and timestamps).

Derived data: metrics, reports, and analytics outputs generated from reviews.

Technical data: basic security and usage logs (e.g., access time, technical identifiers, errors) to operate and secure the service.

3. Google OAuth permissions and scope

The application uses Google OAuth to authenticate users and access data authorized by the user.

Requested permissions: openid, userinfo.email, and business.manage (Google Business Profile).

The business.manage permission is required by Google Business Profile APIs to access locations/reviews and, if the user chooses, manage review replies.

4. Purposes

Connect the user’s Google account and allow selecting a Business Profile/location.

Fetch and display reviews in a dashboard for analysis.

Use AI to analyze reviews (topics, sentiment, metrics) and generate reply drafts.

Customer support and prevention of abuse or fraudulent use.

5. AI and processors (OpenAI)

To generate analytics and reply drafts, we may send necessary content (e.g., review text and minimal context) to OpenAI to produce outputs.

We do not use data for targeted advertising.

We minimize the data shared to what is necessary to provide the service.

6. Review replies

Currently, the service does not publish replies automatically without user action.

If you publish AI-generated replies, you are responsible for the final content posted.

The platform does not modify Business Profile information (such as name, address, phone number, or hours) unless you explicitly request it.

7. Retention

We retain data while the user account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

Users can request account and data deletion by emailing info@aibetech.es.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with necessary service providers (e.g., hosting, database, AI providers such as OpenAI) under agreements and security measures.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

10. Your rights

You may exercise your applicable data protection rights by contacting info@aibetech.es.

11. Revoking access

You can revoke the app’s access at any time from your Google Account (Security > Third-party access).

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The current version will be published on this page.
